Network maintenance
We are currently performing network maintenance. This downtime began at 8PM Eastern and is expected to end at 12AM Eastern.
During this window, all DART-supported services and systems may be offline and not accessible. Examples of services that will be impacted include the following:
- Web applications, including REDCap, PennCTMS, LabVantage LIMS, CAMS, and other PSOM research and administrative systems
- Web sites, including www.med.upenn.edu, my.med.upenn.edu, and individual hosted lab websites
- PennOpen Pass
- The PMACS Virtual Private Network (“Pulse Secure”) service
- Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI)
- The DART Helpdesk (https://helpdesk.pmacs.upenn.edu/)
- All File shares
- Analytical and research computing environments, including the Limited Performance Computing Cluster (LPC) and the Health Services Research Data Center (HSRDC)
